a sustainable future. They rear Black Soldier Fly larvae
to produce insect protein, oil and fertilizer for the
feed and agriculture industries.
Using the principles of circular economy to responsibly
upcycle agro-industry by-products into animal protein,
oil and fertilizer, the proteins they produce are an
alternative to fish meal, which is produced from wild
fish caught in our oceans. Nasekomo’s production can
also limit the carbon footprint of the feed industry and
provide an organic alternative to chemical fertilizers.
The logo solution is an abstracted Black Soldier Fly
forming an arrow pointing forwards.
