Paul Belford
Never one to choose the obvious route, Paul gave art school
a miss in favour of a PhD in biochemistry. 

He then, inexplicably, found
work as an art director and
creative director in some of
London's best ad agencies.
He has won hundreds of creative
awards for his work in
both advertising and design. 

Paul also has a column in
Creative Review magazine. He
lectures, teaches and runs
workshops all over the world.
Eleanor Robertson
Eleanor studied English literature
at Oxford University before
training as a designer. She has
worked in marketing, publicity and
events across the hospitality, fashion and creative industries.

Her work has included coordinating campaigns for the BBC, hosting workshops on brand engagement for Creative England and dressing
Robbie Williams.
Polina Hohonova
Polina completed the graphic
design course at Chelsea College
of Art. During that time she
won a YCN award and prestigious
D&AD Black and Yellow Pencils.

She has worked on various design
projects for clients including
Foundation Cartier (a book for
David Lynch), Gagosian gallery
and Thaddaeus Ropac. Before
joining Paul Belford Ltd, Polina
led a design strategy project
at Farfetch.

In her spare time she practices
aikido and Japanese swordsmanship.
Bryan Wilsher
Non-Executive Chairman
Bryan is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and qualified chartered accountant who established, resourced and grew the business consultancy Ideation.

Previously he was CFO for Loewy Group, where he headed the Group’s mergers & acquisitions strategy.
