Never one to choose the obvious route, Paul gave art school
a miss in favour of a PhD in biochemistry.
He then, inexplicably, found
work as an art director and
creative director in some of
London's best ad agencies.
He has won hundreds of creative
awards for his work in
both advertising and design.
Paul also has a column in
Creative Review magazine. He
lectures, teaches and runs
workshops all over the world.
Joining us straight out of university, Lyam graduated with
a first class honours and
from Norwich University of the
Arts. He has had work published
in Counter-Print’s Monogram
and Alphabet Logos books and exhibited at D&AD New Blood.
In his spare time he produces electronic music. One of his
projects involved an album
created entirely on Gameboys.
Eleanor studied English literature
at Oxford University before
training as a designer. She has
worked in marketing, publicity and
events across the hospitality, fashion and creative industries.
Her work has included coordinating campaigns for the BBC, hosting workshops on brand engagement for Creative England and dressing
Bryan is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and qualified chartered accountant who established, resourced and grew the business consultancy Ideation.
Previously he was CFO for Loewy Group, where he headed the Group’s mergers & acquisitions strategy.
